Position Overview


We are looking for a Wellness Sales Consultant to become a part of our thriving team at Pilates Studios US. In this role, your primary objective will be to enhance membership enrollment through various outreach methods including member referrals, direct outreach, and in-person visits.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and sales abilities, a positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience in fitness sales or a related sales field is advantageous.

- Demonstrated confidence in achieving personal sales targets.

- Capability to drive diverse revenue streams, encompassing memberships and retail sales.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone.

- A solution-oriented mindset with a competitive edge.

- A strong affinity for fitness and wellness.

- Proficient writing and grammar skills.

- Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-organized.

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Trustworthy with the ability to manage confidential information.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.

- Competent in using computers and relevant software.

- Implement the sales process to schedule potential clients for introductory sessions.

- Ensure the studio remains clean and organized.

- Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients as they arrive.

- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new members.

- Assist members in addressing any concerns or issues.

- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is essential.

- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

- Positive, motivating, and effective communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
