- Cut and trim meat and poultry.
- Assist customers with purchase of various seafood, poultry, pork & beef items.
- Assure that the quality and appearance of all meat items are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
- Maintain a high level of productivity.
