  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards in meat preparation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience as a Meat Cutter.
  • Must be a Journeyman Meat Cutter.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push 50 pounds.
