  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years' experience within an administrative support role.

  • Receive files from the Closing/Funding department and log them in to the LOS.
  • Review files to ensure that all file documents are complete, signed, and dated.
  • Review files to ensure that all required documentation is present within the file.
  • Work with internal and external partners to obtain missing/corrected documentation when required.
  • Stack files per Nova and investor requirements.
  • Image the shipping file.
  • Monitor Encompass and mandatory reports to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Deliver imaged files to investors.

  • Basic knowledge of mortgage loan documents is preferred.
