Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and track product and associated materials
  • Manage warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment
  • Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients, and related vendors as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking, and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
  • Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
  • Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
