Fidelis Logistics, a leading company in 3PL Pallet Recycling, is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee the refurbishment of CHEP pallets.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supervising, managing, and coaching a production team.
- Education: High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Supervise the daily refurbishment of damaged pallets to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that employees adhere to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Conduct interviews, select, and train new employees.
- Motivate and develop your team to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- Manage work schedules and assignments for shipping and receiving operations.
- Oversee the checking of outgoing and incoming freight for accuracy in counts and codes.
- Assist in physical inventories and quality audits.
- Supervise all repair and inspection activities to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Mechanic to maintain a robust maintenance program.
- Prepare and maintain daily production records and reports in a timely and effective manner.
- Position is in an environment that includes noise, dust, and exposure to seasonal temperatures. Occasional lifting up to 75lbs is expected in moving, inspecting, and auditing pallets.
