About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supervising assigned warehouse personnel, functions, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal documentation processes, including governmental regulations and ITAR.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and train warehouse personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve issues and improve relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management, with a minimum of 1 year in a lead position.
  • Proven knowledge of safety and legal documentation processes, including governmental regulations and ITAR.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of AS9100 standard and procedure.
  • Strong leadership and administration skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Ability to effectively manage and train others to excellence.
  • Proven ability to resolve crises and engage in successful decision making/root cause analysis procedure.
