Primary Responsibility:
Oversee the direction, coordination, and assessment of product logistics and customer engagement. Execute management duties in alignment with the organization's policies and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities encompass employee training, planning, assigning, and supervising tasks, evaluating performance, recognizing and addressing employee issues, and resolving conflicts through subordinate supervisors.


Essential Functions:
Ensure that financial targets, revenue goals, and operational benchmarks are achieved.
Facilitate the execution of sales and business growth strategies.
Monitor, document, and enhance the processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product handling and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the General Manager to formulate annual operational budgets.

Conduct regular evaluations of work environments to guarantee adherence to safety and health regulations.

Establish and uphold cleanliness standards that exemplify orderliness and comply with maintenance protocols.

Promote best safety practices within the industry to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
Set and achieve targets for claims and ensure the security of the facility.
Foster positive relationships with clients.

Execute management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff; scheduling, planning, assigning, and supervising tasks; evaluating performance; recognizing and addressing employee issues; conducting team meetings; and resolving conflicts.

Submit various required reports in a timely manner.

Maintain operational protocols for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, managing inventory, and overseeing merchandise handling.

Meet quality assurance standards for perishable goods.
Coordinate distribution warehouse activities with sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure product availability.
Direct the recovery of damaged goods.
Delegate projects within the scope of responsibility.
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and mentor supervisory-level team members.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Monitor progress towards departmental objectives and provide reports.
Review orders or schedules to confirm product information.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and all Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.
Prepare operational schedules and coordinate activities. Establish priorities and sequences for products.
Provide a safe working environment through personal actions. Identify safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities. Conduct quarterly safety training.
Inspect machinery and equipment. Review operational reports. Resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
Develop and/or update standard operational and working practices. Observe employees to ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to all transportation and safety regulations.
Manage the sanitation program for the site.
Report workplace injuries and accidents. Facilitate modified duty assignments.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
5 years of supervisory experience
Associate's Degree (A.A.) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) technology.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, with frequent interruptions.
Requires several hours of sitting, standing, and bending.
Manual dexterity for typical office tasks.
Effective communication skills are essential for completing assigned tasks.
May require travel for business purposes.
May necessitate visits to operational facilities in varying temperatures.
May involve lifting or moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Requires proficiency with various electronic tools.

Ability to engage with others beyond simple instruction: must collaborate with colleagues while maintaining professional conduct.

Requires performance of work activities that include reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or communicating with others; and responding appropriately to constructive feedback from management.
