Position Overview

This is a full-time, hourly role within the franchise sector, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.


Compensation & Benefits:
The Landscape Operations Supervisor will earn an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $20, with weekly payments.

Additionally, the role includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, a 401k plan, and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Supervise and train team members on effective landscaping practices and safety measures.
  • Organize and plan daily work schedules for the crew.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and report any maintenance needs to management.
  • Engage with clients to understand their landscaping requirements and expectations.
  • Address customer concerns and collaborate with management to resolve issues.
  • Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reporting for each project.
  • Assess crew performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
