Job Description:
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming and enriching environment for residents. You’ll act as a resident advocate, community resource navigator, maintenance liaison, providing an impact to residents and building a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities:
  • In a Resident Services Coordinator role, you will be responsible for overall administrative and resident services support for the property
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the property, greeting all customers, residents, and guests
  • Record resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Exhibit excellent customer service while investigating and resolving resident concerns
  • Assist team members with administrative or office needs such as assembling move-in packets and lease packets, etc
  • Process and type daily correspondence; post various notices at residences when needed
  • Act as the information liaison between the Property Manager and residents
  • Ensure excellence in curb appeal and continuous inspection of common areas and desk for cleanliness
  • Advise Property Manager or appropriate team member of conditions in the community affecting the resident’s safety, reporting any residential dissatisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one-year of experience in property management industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved
  • Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
