Role Summary:
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be instrumental in cultivating a warm and supportive atmosphere for residents. Your role will involve acting as a resident advocate, guiding them through community resources, and serving as a liaison for maintenance issues, all while fostering a strong community spirit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative functions and resident service support for the property.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, warmly welcoming all visitors.
  • Document resident service requests and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving resident issues.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, including preparing move-in and lease packets.
  • Manage daily correspondence and post necessary notices in residences.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Property Manager and residents.
  • Maintain high standards of curb appeal and cleanliness in common areas.
  • Notify the Property Manager of any community conditions impacting resident safety or satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the property management sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
