  • Professionally administer all incoming calls; differentiate between spam, routine and emergency cases
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating and typing memos/correspondence/reports and other documents
  • Responsible for the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Coordinate events and lunches for employee meetings or visitors
  • Responsible for a professional appearance of lobby and conference rooms
  • Responsible for visitor coordination, NDA and no-escort badge administration in adherence to company policy
  • Create marketing material for projects, including company websites, social media, and trade shows
  • Prepare and coordinate activities to support trade shows and demonstrations
  • Monitor website and social media as well as other marketing campaigns
  • Serve as executive assistant to ELT, including expense reporting, travel arrangements, etc
  • Conduct restricted party screenings and maintain dynamic batch screening records
  • Assist with the collection and logging of training records
  • Manage compliance and employee related postings throughout the facility
  • Certified Notary for the company
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

SKILL SET (Required Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of previous marketing or other relevant experience preferred
  • Possession of strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Experience with MS office; intermediate level with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Canva or Adobe Suite products (marketing) a plus
  • Carry out all duties in a professional and courteous manner
