This role will be a key team member in providing support for the leadership team for our Behavioral Health Administration office in Kent County.
Provide high-level administrative support and coordination to ensure administrators can efficiently accomplish key tasks and organizational strategic goals. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently responding to phone calls, managing building schedules and overall office operations.
Assisting with projects, administrative duties such as contract filing, copying, scanning, managing campus mail, data entry and analysis, and coordinating workflows across programs.
Success is achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships, communication and organization. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Provide high-quality customer service and demonstrate creative problem solving to resolve issues
- High level technical and MS Office Suite proficiency with an emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with data analysis
- Provide technical support to staff
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple programs
- Possess project management skills that support planning and accomplishing goals
- Ability to direct and lead the work of others
- Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience working with culturally diverse populations
- At least 3 years of administrative experience within a professional office setting
