What you will do:
The H&H customer service team helps our customers grow by answering questions and providing advice about products, imaging workflow, software technology, business, and sales. As a customer service representative, you will answer questions about orders, teach customers how to use our proprietary imaging and ordering software, and collaborate on what photographic products are appropriate for their business.
This position works onsite at our facility located in Raytown, MO.
Regular work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay: $20-24 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interact and build relationships with customers via in and outbound calls, emails, chats, video calls, and in person visits.
- Assist customers with software training, product/service questions, and order status training.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems with customers who have varying levels of technical ability.
- Support and guide customers in the growth of their business.
- Educate customers about company products and offerings.
- Offer improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility, works on special projects, process improvements and train in production, as needed
- Assist and support Spanish speaking customers.
To Join Our Team, You Will Need:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong IT/software troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Learn new software/systems quickly and be able to educate and train new customers on new technologies who have varying levels of technical ability.
- Creativity, problem solving skills, and passion to help customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Above average time and task management skills.
- Consistent performance under pressure.
- Working knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms.
- Have the availability to travel overnight 1-5 times per year.
- Able to work an occasional Saturday and extended weekday hours during peak months.
Preferred:
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak in Spanish and English.
- General familiarity with professional photography tools such as professional cameras, Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Prior professional photography experience preferred.
- General knowledge of digital photography workflow and concepts (i.e., aspect ratio, color profiles and management, image file formats and resolution).
- Experience working trade shows.
