When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff

What you will do:

Responsible for creating monthly and daily schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Nurses (LN) based on budgeted PPD. Manages daily schedules to ensure that needs are met and labor is at a minimum of budgeted threshold. Identifies staffing needs and reports accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the Director of Nursing (DON).

Must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active WA NAC license without enforcement action
  • Previous experience working in a LTC setting PREFERRED
  • Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Health & Rehabilitation Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
