We're on the hunt for a dynamic Receptionist and Legal Assistant who can juggle tasks with a smile and help keep our office running smoothly


As the welcoming face of our law firm, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions. While managing phone calls is a key part of your duties, your role will quickly expand to encompass a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for a friendly and cooperative individual who excels in customer service, enjoys assisting others, and has outstanding listening skills. This position requires keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. You will thrive in a supportive team environment where collaboration and guidance are essential. Our management team is committed to providing full support and encouragement. Professional growth and advancement are available to those interested and willing. 

Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a sincere smile and enthusiasm.
  • Listen attentively and empathetically to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate smoothly with team members and maintain a strong focus on customer service.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistently accurate work.
  • Adapt to changes in work responsibilities with ample time for learning and practice.
  • Make decisions in collaboration with the team and supervisors, particularly when under time constraints or facing evolving situations.
  • Provide administrative support and manage tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.

  • Ability to make decisions in consultation with the team and supervisors when under pressure.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and the ability to handle them efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
