General Summary: The Project Manager will work with the Account Manager to manage allocated client projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will focus on internal duties that keep the Account Manager on schedule, such as sourcing, quoting, data entry, calendaring, sales orders, purchase orders, shipping, tracking, and quality control.
Essential Job Duties:
Taking crucial notes at the initial customer brief and with the Account Manager.
Conduct research for product sourcing and manufacture.
Develop sales presentations, concept books, and marketing materials.
Request shipping quotes and submit information.
Request quotations and enter data in SmartSheet.
Maintain project schedule, timeline, deadlines, and provide frequent updates to Account Manager.
Create prototypes as asked and capture appropriate photographs and videos.
Coordinate quality control with Account Manager and complete QC form.
Request jobs, purchase orders, and sales orders via SS.
Manage approvals at the Account Manager's discretion.
Troubleshoot shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, and tracking. Adhere to the exact shipping/receiving standards specified by customers.
Attach all necessary papers and documents for each task in SS and on the server, including vendor quotes, art files, QC forms, invoices, approvals, drop ship lists, etc.
Coordinate with Shipping Manager and Accounting Liaison.
Non-Essential Job Duties:
Attend client meetings, as asked by the Account Manager.
As requested by the Account Manager, follow up, email, or contact the customer.
Sourced promotional products.
Additional duties as requested
Job Requirements:
4-year college degree.
3-4 years of previous project management experience is preferable.
Experience with marketing material, including displays, prizes, and bespoke items.
Experience in the alcohol/beverage business is desired.
Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiar with SmartSheet and Photoshop, preferable
Proven project management skills.
Showed attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking setting.
Excellent communication abilities, both vocal and written.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill deadlines.
Proven analytical abilities and numerical ability.
In-person or hybrid work schedule desired. Mondays and Fridays are remote, while Tuesdays through Thursdays are on-site. Hybrid applies to anybody who lives within a 50-mile radius of the workplace. I am willing to consider entirely remote.
Capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
