Job Summary:
As an Automotive Social Media Manager at Blake Fulenwider Ford of Andrews, you will play a key role in our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our dealership and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and manage various social media platforms, while analyzing and reporting on trends and insights to drive traffic and improve customer engagement. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Andrews, Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the dealership
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions
- Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating them into strategies and content as appropriate
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies as needed to achieve marketing goals
- Attend networking events and community events to promote the dealership and build relationships with potential customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, and Hootsuite
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative eye for content development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully increasing brand awareness and engagement through social media platforms
- Knowledge of automotive industry and products is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
