Job Overview

Position Summary:
As the Social Media Director at Blake Fulenwider Ford of Andrews, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, tasked with crafting and implementing social media initiatives that enhance our dealership's visibility and foster brand recognition.

Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to produce captivating content and oversee multiple social media channels, while also evaluating and reporting on trends and insights to boost traffic and enhance customer interaction.

This is a full-time position focused on individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, execute, and oversee social media strategies aimed at amplifying brand recognition and driving traffic to the dealership.
  • Produce engaging and pertinent content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and address customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to design and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Evaluate social media performance metrics and deliver weekly and monthly reports detailing key insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating them into strategies and content as necessary.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as required to meet marketing objectives.
  • Participate in networking and community events to promote the dealership and cultivate relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, and Hootsuite.
  • Exceptional communication and writing abilities, with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through social media channels.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry and its products is advantageous.
  • Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
