Your role will involve close collaboration with the marketing team to produce captivating content and oversee multiple social media channels. You will also analyze performance metrics and provide insights to boost traffic and foster customer interaction.
This is a full-time position, focusing on individual contributions within a dynamic team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and oversee social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the dealership.
- Generate engaging and pertinent content for a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Evaluate social media analytics and deliver weekly and monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating them into strategies and content as necessary.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as required to meet marketing objectives.
- Participate in networking and community events to promote the dealership and cultivate relationships with prospective customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, and Hootsuite.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through social media channels.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and its products is advantageous.
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
