Your Role at Teleperformance USA
As a Banking Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and discovering innovative solutions to their concerns.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their inquiries
- Employ de-escalation techniques to manage and resolve issues effectively
- Escalate complex situations when necessary
- Assist with requests for support and payment processing
- Document all interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide constructive feedback on call-related issues
- Upsell products or services as needed
Qualifications We Seek:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred IT/Network certifications or degrees
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrated experience in a call center environment
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Proficient in computer operations and navigation
- Basic network troubleshooting skills, including:
- Setting up home Wi-Fi networks
- Configuring routers or switches
- Core proficiency with laptops and desktop computers
- Able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Composed and objective under pressure
- Strong listening abilities
