Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR metrics framework to measure and track key HR performance indicators, such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and engagement levels.
  • Design and manage HR reporting systems and dashboards to provide timely and accurate insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance HR practices and strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their metrics needs and ensure that reporting systems align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR metrics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations on HR metrics, insights, and trends to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR metrics and reporting processes to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HR metrics and analytics.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on the use of metrics and reporting tools, including training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master's or advanced certification in HR analytics preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Metrics Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and managing HR metrics and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey metrics findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data management best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
