Job Title: IT Program Manager

Our team consists of smart, humble, and collaborative people who value ownership over all. We're seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead system implementations, including HR, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Security, and IT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, IT, and leadership, with a 10+ years of proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in technology needs discovery & analysis, project planning, and scope definition with internal business units (clients) and third-party vendors.
  • Work with HR, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT and Security teams to implement cross-functional systems such as HRIS, CRM, and Project Management tools.
  • Develop, monitor, and adapt project plans; identify and mitigate risks to deadlines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Develop project related documentation including business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ensure projects and systems follow company policies & procedures and legal/regulatory requirements; support related internal/external audit requests.
  • Become familiar with various internally developed and off-the-shelf applications used throughout the organization.
  • Work with company leadership in development of IT governance documents & updated policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of key metrics that assist in understanding IT's performance across development, production support, cyber risk management, and project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10 + years of experience in Information Technology field; software development or operations background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Past experience implementing and managing HRIS, CRM, and Project Management tools such as UKG, Workday, Paychex, Paylocity, ADP, Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams including non-IT personnel.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Knowledge of common software development or project management methodologies.
Nice to Haves:
  • Knowledge or experience with deep linking technologies.
  • Project management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, CAPM, AGP, PPM, CompTIA Project+.

This role will be based at our new Austin, TX office and in alignment with our return to office policy, this role follows our Hybrid schedule. However, we are also open to full-time remote candidates. This role does not qualify for relocation or visa sponsorship.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $144,000 to $184,000.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate's specific work location.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions. Branch offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), and other benefits, for qualified employees.
