Supervisor - Performance Improvement

Position Summary: The Supervisor of Performance Improvement develops, implements, and monitors continuous organizational performance improvement and quality assurance.
Location: Topeka
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: One to three years related experience Requires Intermediate to advanced computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Essential Duties:
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contracts, and regulations.
- Supervise and support the Quality Assurance Team.
- Manage client satisfaction surveys and report results.
- Coordinate CFSR preparation and ensure compliance between DCF and KVC.
- Analyze reports for trends, progress, and improvement areas.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for compliance deficiencies.
- Lead performance improvement and utilization review activities.
- Recommend actions to achieve organizational goals.
- Submit monthly monitoring activity reports.
- Oversee local office data entry and accuracy.
- Conduct case audits and provide quality improvement training.
- Represent KVC at Performance Improvement meetings and collaborate with the DCF Compliance team.
- Support Data Analyst and Data Training Coordinators.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
