Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the office's efficiency. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks and work independently.


Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

- Maintain contact lists

- Book travel arrangements

- Submit and reconcile expense reports

- Provide general support to visitors


Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- A high school diploma or additional administrative assistant or secretary qualification will be a plus.
