Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, in-person, Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing administrative support to our office and ensuring efficient operation through various organizational and communication tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers: Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors to our office, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Onboarding Processes: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires, including preparation of necessary documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Manage calendars for staff, schedule appointments, and update as needed to ensure optimal organization.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ensure clear and effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to addressing customer needs and enhancing their experience.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a track record of meeting responsibilities promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Competency in using office management software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
