As a Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll dive into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. From assisting members with their day-to-day transactions to opening new accounts with a smile, you'll be the go-to problem solver and empathetic voice that our members rely on. Balancing the teller drawer will be a breeze for you as you provide valuable information on our products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet each member's unique financial needs. Your deep understanding of our policies and procedures will ensure seamless operations, all while cultivating strong relationships with our members.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THE MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION?

To thrive as a Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and traits to excel in this dynamic role. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience will lay a strong foundation for success, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others and a knack for problem-solving. Taking initiative and demonstrating excellent communication skills are key, as you'll be the bridge between our members and the solutions they seek.
