- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by greeting each member warmly.
- Accurately and promptly process member transactions while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
- Respond to both basic and intricate inquiries regarding interest rates, service fees, and account histories, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements and consumer privacy policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the convenience of financial services for members by recommending suitable solutions, additional products, and special promotions.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Member Services Representative or Teller in a full-service financial institution is necessary.
