Our wholesale packaging supplies include bags, boxes, tissue paper, seasonal packaging, custom-branded packaging, gift baskets, labels and tags, ribbons and bows, and shipping supplies.

As a Marketing Manager at Mid-Atlantic Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our customer base on a national scale. Your efforts will directly impact our success and development in the retail packaging industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to build a strong customer community.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Mid-Atlantic Packaging and its programs.

1. Email Marketing:
  • Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email lists and segmentation to target specific audience segments.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Experience building email funnels is a plus.
  • Work with the Graphic Designer to design email templates.
2. Copywriting:
  • Craft compelling and on-brand copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, newsletters, and more.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and adequate collateral.
3. Social Media Management:
  • Curate engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Practice engagement and community building.
  • Experience using Canva templates is a plus.
4. Detail-Oriented Approach:
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all marketing activities.
  • Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials.
5. Website Management:
  • Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website improvements and new features.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and contain all necessary information.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years experience in social media management, email marketing, and copywriting for B2B companies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
