Position Title: Service Manager

Supervised By: Assistant General Manager

Benefits: Full, eligible

Classification: Full-time, exempt

Physical Requirements: Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 50 pounds

This position will require the individual to perform several tasks that will create the proper flow of jobs and invoicing required for Dynamic Fusion. This individual will be required to do both office work and site visits. They will work with a designated Office Administrator to help with the daily office work required. They will give this individual direction and details of the jobs that have been performed throughout the week. They will also be responsible for approving all the paperwork submitted by the Office Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, dispatch, and manage field technicians
  • Direct contact with customers
  • Ordering materials, consumables, and parts
  • Review and complete field technicians' Time and Material (T&M) sheets
  • Review and coordinate service on fleet vehicles (use vendor for fleet vehicle service)
  • Weekly management meetings (EOS L10)
  • Training of new employees
  • Employee reviews
  • Hiring of new employees
  • Submitting quotes

This employee will be required to have paperwork entered on time to keep the flow of invoicing at an optimal rate. Promptness, efficiency, and thoroughness are key to filling this position.
