We are looking for self-motivated individuals with an interest in real estate investing to join our Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for building your book of business through both outbound and inbound prospecting and networking. The right candidate will become an expert on Lima One’s product suite. You will advise clients on which financing option best fits their needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to advising on the best loan solutions, negotiating loan terms, collecting applications, and updating clients throughout the loan process. This position requires exceptional communication skills, proactive follow-ups, and a desire to continuously grow. To set you up for success, Lima One provides training on all loan products, the organization’s sales process, and how to grow and deepen relationships with your clients.
This role includes a salary, commission, bonus opportunities, and a full suite of benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for educating prospects and clients about Lima One’s products and determining which will best fit their investment strategy.
- Develop business through both outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with other loan originators, underwriters, and loan processors within Lima One Capital to ensure a top-notch customer service experience for our clients.
- Prior experience in mortgage lending is strongly desired. Other sales experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- You will be required to obtain your NMLS license (Lima One will sponsor you for the NMLS test)
