Are you passionate about sales and building customer relationships? We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help us drive growth and provide exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and online communications. Your responsibilities will include:
Contacting prospective and existing customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
Answering inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability
Estimating prices and contract terms, and consulting with clients post-sale for ongoing support
Preparing sales budgets, reports, and maintaining accurate sales records
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to refine our sales approach
