POSITION: Ticketing Operations Associate (Temp)

LOCATION: TBD

HOURS: Full Time Temp (3–6-month contract)

COMPENSATION: $19-23 per hour (nonexempt) Commensurate with experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively in a time sensitive event driven environment. This role requires excellent communication skills. Familiarity with ticketing software and systems is preferred, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and trends to support strategies. Must have excellent customer service skills.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • Strong customer service/people skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Excel is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical experience essential
  • Familiarity with various Ticketing systems (especially AudienceView) is preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Experience and proficiency with Ticketing systems including, but not limited to, AudienceView preferred
    Self-starter with a track record of taking ownership and successfully driving projects to completion
  • Ability to monitor and manage revenue tracking and reporting
  • Flexible and reliable team player that can adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management skills and adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze sales data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
