Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with phone handling, cash management, and customer service principles.
  • Basic understanding of computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong skills in guest relations, phone etiquette, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ticketing or sales.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based PC applications.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced setting requiring frequent phone use and typing.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 25 lbs using proper techniques.
