  • Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and achieve client goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to deliver high-quality service and support.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account status, discuss opportunities, and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer relevant insights to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of industry-specific knowledge or products/services is a plus.
