Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Policy Review: Conduct thorough reviews of clients' policies, making recommendations for coverage enhancements when necessary.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with processing claims efficiently and effectively, serving as a point of contact throughout the process.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
Renewals: Manage policy renewals, proactively reaching out to clients to discuss options and updates.
Business interaction: Deal with our Clients Business Partners, analyzing coverage needs and requirements, and issuing proofs of coverage.
Requirements
Licensing: PA Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain) is a must.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is beneficial.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and engage with team members.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
