Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are met with excellence.

Policy Analysis: Perform detailed evaluations of clients' insurance policies, recommending enhancements to coverage as needed.

Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of their claims.

Record Keeping: Maintain precise and current records of client interactions and policy details.

Renewal Management: Oversee policy renewals, proactively engaging with clients to discuss options and updates.

Business Engagement: Collaborate with clients' business partners to assess coverage needs and provide necessary documentation.


Qualifications

Licensing: A valid PA Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain) is essential.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance-related fields is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
