PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR | KAIYUH SERVICES, LLC

JOB OVERVIEW

Kaiyuh Services, LLC (KSL) is seeking a full-time Project Administrator to join our team located at the Wright Patterson AFB. The Project Administrator is multifaceted and diversified in its scope and serves to assist operations in maximizing efficiency and profitability. This position supports activities in accounting and contract management and is responsible for the execution of operations initiatives across multiple platforms. This role includes continual improvement of platforms through enhancements, integrations, and process improvement while maintaining appropriate documentation for a construction project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Project Managers with project controls such as scheduling, resource acquisition, cost reviews and any necessary documentation.
  • Carries-out daily operations within office to include filing, answering phones, and sending files and invoices to the corporate office.
  • Evaluates daily operations revising procedures accordingly and implementing new procedures to maximize efficiencies.
  • Works with managers on project workflow scheduling.
  • Completes assignments within deadlines, produces accurate reports, and generates effective government contracting documents. This touches on all elements from proposal submission through execution, invoice production and tracking, to administration of close-out documents.
  • Assumes various administrative tasks in estimate preparation of individual projects.
  • Receives reviews, tracks and maintains labor hours for all construction contracts with all subcontractors for all contracts.
  • Prepares, completes, tracks subcontracts and modification in collaboration with the Compliance Department for inclusion of necessary clauses and with Project Managers for accurate scope and cost information.
  • Processes all government credit card payments.
  • Perform incidental tasks related to the position as well as various duties, as assigned, to support the overall objectives/goals of the team while maintaining a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of comparative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a construction or engineering setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and a web collaboration tool such as SharePoint.
  • SCA/DBA/Union/Government contracting experience preferred.
  • Experience completing pre-construction documents and tracking the progress of submittals preferred.
  • Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
