Position: Intake Specialist | Vogue Recovery Centers AZ | Full-Time  - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 10 AM to 11 PM


Job Duties:

  • The Intake Specialist will be primarily responsible for the processes related to the pre-admission, intake, and admission of new clients.
  • The Intake Specialist is available as needed to retrieve new clients from the airport and provide intake
  • The Intake Specialist designs and improves quality assurance, patient experience, and performance measures
  • The Intake Specialist coordinates with patients' families to arrange for supplies, funds, or resources for clients
  • The Intake Specialist provides support for families of patients in the form of advice, resources, and referrals 
  • Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health and/or addictions industry.
  • 1-3 years of experience in direct intake/admissions of patients.
  • Schedule flexibility, adaptability, positive attitude, personal resilience


Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and analyze policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public


Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.


Computer Skills: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
