We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced sales associate to join our team. Hialeah Products Co. is a wholesale food distributor specializing in nuts, dried fruits, seeds and candies.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers taking orders via phone calls and email and entering into SAP, our working database.
  • Help customers who are picking up orders from our warehouse.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their order when necessary.
  • Keep track of orders with our warehouse
  • Update existing customer info
  • Help with other office duties as needed
Skills

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or customer service rep in an office setting
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with SAP software preferred
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Good team player that will work well with our tight knit team
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Must have previous experience with references.
  • Salary based on experience
