Job Overview

Caliber Sales Engineering Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist - Aviation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our existing sales team in both International and Domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and process customer postings and RFQs to retrieve and process open solicitations.
  • Prepare customer quotations and obtain vendor pricing.
  • Calculate freight costs, financing costs, and generate pricing for supervisor review.
  • Follow up on active sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing and new vendors.
  • Assist with special projects and be fully cross-trained in all Inside Sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year professional sales experience in an office environment.
  • 2 years experience in aviation and/or defense industry highly desirable.
  • Experience researching electronic Government Bid Boards a plus.
  • Must be quick and proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in Quantum Software a plus.
