At Analogic, our HR team, and our business is growing As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives that directly impact our employees, leaders, and business success. This role is ideal for a skilled, business-minded HR professional who is passionate about service delivery while creating more dynamic leaders, teams, and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, provide proactive HR solutions, and support the realization of strategic visions.
  • Organizational Development: Optimize team structures, workforce planning, and strategy through proactive recommendations.
  • Talent Management: Oversee performance management, succession planning, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, conduct talent reviews, manage change, and guide leaders through performance improvement processes.
  • Cultural Champion: Define and promote Analogic Values, roll out recognition programs, and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Career Development: Implement leadership programs, develop career plans, and coach managers on effective career discussions.
  • Selection: Participate in interviews, ensure alignment with company values, and collaborate on compensation offers.
  • Compliance: Educate on employment laws, maintain confidentiality, and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Special Projects: Assist with HR projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience as Generalist, HRBP, or similar role with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)
