In this newly created and highly visible role, you will drive our business growth, focusing on identifying and closing deals with critical new customers and expanding our market share with existing customers.  Reporting directly to the SVP of Power Technologies (Head of the business), you will lead a small but high-performing, highly technical, global sales team.In this high-impact role, you’ll get to:·         Build something new and showcase your impact.·         Be a pivotal member of a new leadership team in a thriving business unit.·         Partner with Engineering and Operations VPs to propel the business forward.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution across Existing and New Markets:·   Develop and execute strategies to expand the market share for our RF and Gradient amplifiers and Motor drives with existing customers, and farm additional opportunities within those customers  ·   Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new industries, new customers and new product applications for our RF and Gradient amplifiers and Motor drives, and secure meaningful growth  with customers who have not previously utilized our products.      Examples could include:o Semiconductor wafer fabs could benefit from our industry-leading non-captive amplifierso Warehouse operations where motor drives could enhance automated picking and packingo Expand our relationship with a customer where our products are utilized in some of the customers’ offerings, but not all·   Work with underserved markets to identify potential game-changing features and functionalities by building trust and partnerships and gaining deeper insights into customer obstacles and functional needs, enabling targeted product development.·   Collaborate with existing customers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Distributors to drive the design-in of our products.Sales Management and Team Leadership:·   Lead a geographically diverse sales team, including a European sales leader with an applications engineer, sales representatives in China, and a North American sales director.·   Conduct regular meetings with the team, providing direction and managing their efforts to achieve ambitious sales targets.Business Intelligence and Sales Data·   Lead the strategy, deploy necessary tools to track the sales funnel, and provide critical insights on sales trends, market information, and accurate forecasts.·   Provide monthly update to executive team members. Qualifications:Required:Rain Maker who creatively gains access to target customers and influences them to adopt Power Technologies products.
