Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Assist with compensation surveys, merit adjustments, and promotional recommendations. Benefits:

Support annual benefits renewals, communicate benefits information, and research benefits vendors. Leaves:

Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers. Engagement:

Contribute to engagement initiatives, coordinate employee surveys, and assist with employee events. Employee Communications:

Enhance employee communications through newsletters, digital signage, and sharing success stories. Compliance and Reporting:

Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations. Special Projects:

Support HR projects and additional duties assigned by the Head of HR.

Qualifications:

Required:

2 or more years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Basic knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leaves administration. Understanding of basic HR laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong organizational and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
