We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Operations Manager to join our team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a strong background in client service operations, and be adept at training and coaching advisors and their staff.

This is an onsite position in our Fort Lauderdale Office (33309); no hybrid or remote scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Clients: Guide clients through various processes including preparing forms for beneficiaries, change of bank accounts, account updates, death forms, etc.

2. Manage Service Calls: Handle both outbound and inbound service calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.

3. Process Documentation: Complete new business applications, suitability forms, transfer forms, and other necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.

4. Identify Opportunities: Proactively look for new opportunities within client files to enhance service offerings and deepen client relationships.

5. Training and Development: Train advisors and their staff on our client service program, conducting scheduled weekly and monthly calls to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.

6. Generate Referrals: Actively seek referrals from clients and assist advisors in implementing referral strategies.

7. Meeting Preparation: Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are organized and ready.

8. Reporting: Update metric reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement within the client service operations.

9. CRM Management: Take detailed notes, schedule meetings, and manage tasks in the CRM system to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up.

10. Client Engagement: Attend referral and client events to foster relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.

11. Client Meetings: Meet with clients on an as-needed basis to address specific needs or concerns.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service operations within the financial services industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach others.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed for training and client events.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Series 65 license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
