Job DescriptionJob Description

A property management company has an opening for an Executive Assistant in Birmingham, AL. The Executive Assistant will essentially be serving as an extension of the President and will need to be professional and attentive.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating calendars
  • Talking to property owners and various managers,
  • Occasionally speaks to upset tenants
  • Miscellaneous tasks such as grocery shopping or stocking the refrigerator in the office
  • Any other tasks that arise needing taken care of

Requirements:

  • This person must be able to multitask and pivot, and very organized
  • Professional maturity
  • Great customer service
  • Conflict resolution skills are required
  • Multifamily experience would be ideal, but not a requirement
