What You'll Do

* Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs and ensure he is well prepared for every meeting and event.
* Manage the CEO's calendars, efficiently organizing appointments, meetings, and engagements for optimal time management.
* Coordinate extensive travel arrangements with precision.
* Manage CEO's inboxes, promptly preparing internal and external correspondence.
* Serve as the point of contact for executives and external partners.
* Facilitate the seamless and timely flow of information.
* Track expenses and compile monthly reports for CEO's review.
* Handle various tasks as required to keep the CEO's life running smoothly.
* Provide support for office-related tasks, including supply orders, maintenance requests, and company event planning.

What You Need

* 5-10 years' experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar capacities.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Tech savvy and proficient in Google Workspace.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
