Overview: The Nichefitness Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills and time management. The individual should be skilled in calendar organization, written and oral communication and platform management. The EA should possess high levels of intuition, proactivity, decision making and problem solving.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative support

Manage email accounts for CEO

Organize and maintain CEO Dropbox and google drive accounts

Manage scheduling platform for CEO's Executive Coaching Business

Customer relations management for CEO's Executive Coaching Business

Schedule meetings

Manage calendars

Answer phone calls and relay messages

Generate memos, emails, power point presentations and reports

Oversee and manage a variety of projects

Arrange flights, transportation, and accommodation for CEO.

Manage CEO personal and business planners and productivity platforms

Prepare for meetings: draft agendas, gather/print/upload all necessary documents, plan and organize meals and refreshments.

Organize staff appreciation functions, and other company events.

Create and compile internal and external surveys

Perform personal errands, orders and tasks for CEO

Location:
The position will be based out of Birmingham, Alabama at the CEO's Home Office and partially remote
