Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales

$17-$19 per hour DOE

Onsite position

M-F8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

If you have outside or inside sales, retail or telemarketing experience, working as an Agent Team Member for this thriving insurance agency could be the perfect job for you

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Operate with enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams


Requirements:

Must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Experience and a high level of comfort working in a variety of computer applications and databases, particularly Windows

Bilingual

Solid customer service or sales background


As an agent team member, you will receive:

Hourly pay plus eligibility for commission/bonus

* Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
* Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public.
* Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
* Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
* Calculate and quote rates for tours, stocks, insurance policies, or other products or services.
* Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
* Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.
* Take orders for merchandise or materials and send them to the proper departments to be filled.
* Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
* Schedule space or equipment for special programs and prepare lists of participants.
* Enroll individuals to participate in programs and notify them of their acceptance.
* Conduct tours or deliver talks describing features of public facilities, such as a historic site or national park.
