Job summary:&
  • We are seeking a dedicated Infra. Technology Specialist for the role of Senior Associate with 8 to 10 years of experience.&
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Deskside, EUC technology, Network, server, SCCM, Active directory technology with a strong background in maintaining open invoices, preparing reports from ServiceNow, MS Excel and PowerPoint.&
  • Additionally, the candidate will also serve as the primary POC to the stakeholders, being a POC for the entire site and manage critical instances P1/P2 with proactive communication.&
  • The candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and contributing to our company's success.&

  • SharePoint, Service Now, Service Desk, Service Desk App Support&
Roles Responsibilities:&
  • Manages Break-fix, digital desk, SharePoint (centralized services), etc. for demand for Research users in the office.&
  • Prepare, Image and build Pcs, La[tops, configure and troubleshoot PC and manage end user hardware and software issue&
  • Experience on Mobile platform, MDM, support iPhone and iPad issues&
  • Manage Support on hardware, shell swap, printer, server, racking and stacking experience&
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report and share with the client and client leadership&
  • Handle critical incidents such as P1/p2 and communicate to the stakeholders proactively&
  • Point of escalation for issues related to the site outside of the Lab environment.&
  • Hardware, network, infrastructure, etc. Hands on Experience in server, network, storage, backup technologies&
Qualifications:&
  • Experience in handling Life science environment/client and experience in GXP, GMP environment&
  • Possess a strong technical background in End user computing, Deskside areas.&
  • Being primary point of contact for the site and proactively communicate to the stakeholders and high profile users.&
  • Demonstrate expertise in maintaining and managing open invoices.&
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.&
  • Show proficiency in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise applications.&
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.&
  • Have experience in implementing SharePoint governance and security best practices.&
  • Be capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.&
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system improvements.&
  • Have a track record of successfully managing technical projects.&
  • Show ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.&
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.&
  • Have a strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.&
